Project Spearhead is intended to become ISG’s centralized tracking and reporting system for building a clear picture of wins, losses and gaps by using resources like crane reports, permit reports and construction based AI tools. Expect increased visibility on jobs in ISG territory, particuarly those in the Chicagoland area.
